don’t you know who i am?

i’m the juggernaut, you bitch!

my my my… xmen 3 rocked. wait, lemme say that again: XMEN 3 ROCKED!!!

S picked me up after work last night, and we rushed to gateway to watch xmen3. i wasn’t too keen on seeing the movie, as i fell asleep when i watched xmen2. but gugma prevailed, so i allowed myself to be contaminated by his xmen fever and adamantium bug. the ticket lines were horrible, but we were able to get nice seats for the last full show. [note to self: saw her. had a hard time breathing. why?]

meanwhile, we had dinner and talked about our individual goals. then the conversation shifted to assessing each other as if we’re ‘just’ acquaintances; he wanted to know how i viewed him as a person, not as my partner. so here’s my side of ‘overanalyzing S’:

  • kind-hearted, but doesn’t have much compassion for vagrants and beggars
  • poker-faced, hard to ‘read’
  • flirty flirty flirty!
  • passionate and ambitious. very intense.
  • non-conformist
  • positively opinionated
  • inspiring. a leader. one who wants to leave his mark.
  • made of deep thoughts, deeper faith and deepest feelings
  • accepting of other people’s frailty, but intolerant of mediocrity

yun lang. muna.

and so the movie begins. can i just tell you that xmen3 rocked? i was so entertained that i didn’t even have the chance to make out with my date. hahaha. how primitive.

after the movie, i was convinced that i possess powers and that S is a clone of logan. ngyarrrr.

and we went home. then dave, my ex-officemate-turned-condo-neighbor dropped by my place and began to enthusiastically talk to S about the movie, while i sipped coffee in one corner of the dining table and started to suffer from attention-deficiency disorder with all their ramblings. here’s an excerpt from their conversation:

dave: uy pare, #$%* ^%%(@! apocalypse &^*($?

S: oo!! %^&$( marvel. &*(%$# magneto %**#! woleverine.

dave: right, right. %&*# x-gene ^&*(?

S: tama. remember.. $$^**@ *%^~ psylocke @*^& powers.

dave: astig! *&%^ #&(!! xmen $^*$~~

you get the idea. thank the spirit of the coffeebean they finally had a great idea to jam instead of talk about xmen freakdom. five songs and they decided to call it a night. and what a way to put the day to a close… i was serenaded by two men.

i knew i had powers.
